Hi everyone! I'm on day two of phase one. I had a melt down this afternoon. I think part of it is that I'm close to that time of the month. I was craving fruit because before starting South Beach, my mom and I were eating a ton of fruit from Costco (cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries). I'm still struggling with the idea that I can't have these foods for awhile. I understand the whole idea of GI and everything, but I just don't want to believe it so I can eat more carbs. Ugh! It's hard, but I still haven't had anything on the no-no list.
