Please check the ingredients against the Revised Phase I Food List. They may be OK although a bit high in sodium.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?

I don't have a package of these handy right now, but I believe they contain brown rice, which is not allowed on Phase 1. So you will have to wait until Phase 2 to enjoy these.

There is a recipe for mashed red beans in the Supercharged book that can be made into patties. It looks pretty easy and I bet you could substitute black beans for the red beans. Maybe try making some of those ahead for the week?

I'm entering phase 2 on Monday. I haven't hated phase 1, but I'm looking forward to a little more flexibility.
Goal for 9/1: 209.5
Progress toward my final goal (started 4/26/2010):

I weigh myself everyday, but only update tickers on Saturday.

Fluff - I assumed that the Morningstar Farms Grillers were Ph. 1. I used those whenever it called for Beef. I also used their ground griller bits for things like the taco bake (which my family LOVES). I love their Black bean burgers, but assumed they were at least Ph2 due to the little corn pieces.
