Potato starch isn't a vegetable!!! Where are the veggie ingredients???? I used to get tricked by the word "natural" and used to love these so it was hard to just say no!

YES! I haven't tried to make these, but I can sometimes find these in the bulk bins at various natural-food stores. I think they are OK for Phase 2, since they are just dried veggies - carrot, eggplant, beet, parsnip, sweet potato, etc. Really, really delicious... you have just reminded me to try to find these again!

I was at my favorite Internatanional market one day that had samplings of different foods. They kept trying to get me to try this one thing that I didn't recognize, saying "it's natuaral" Finally I sad, "Dog poop is all natural too but I'm not going to eat it" Everyone around me laughed and agreed with me because they werent' telling anyone what it was. Turns out it some wheat grass drink with 30 g of sugar per serving. Hey, at least it was all natural sugar right?
