Default Cravings gone??

I think my cravings are officially gone, but I'm not sure. I am not really wanting to eat a whole bunch and it doesn't really matter too much to me what I eat. Last night I didn't even want my normal phase 1 "dessert". Also, my portion sizes have gone way down. I've been eating dinner on a salad plate and that seems to be all I want. The last time I did SB, I stopped phase 1 after 5 days and went straight on to phase 2, so I am not sure if this is what to expect. Any thoughts??? Thanks so much for your help.

What day of Phase 1 are you on? It certainly sounds like your cravings are disappearing! Yay! Keep up the good work.

I'd suggest reading through some of the old threads as you prepare yourself for adding some foods next week when you complete Phase 1.

Congrats! on the weight loss and your perseverence.

I would say, yes, this is what you should expect. Good for you! I think that two weeks is really good and skimping on it may definitely affect later behaviors. Also, be careful on how quickly you add things back. Listen to your body's cravings cues.

I am on Day 9. I am definitely staying on Phase 1 for the full 14 days. I like how the scale is going down!!! 7 pounds in 9 days is making me happy! ;-))))

Good job- it's funny now. I get hungry and I'm like "I WANT FOOD NOW" and then after a good portion of my meal I'm like "no more food now."

Like yesterday. I bought a full sized sub (cuz it's $5) and then at lunch I ate my half- barely finished it- and then around 4 pm (I eat lunch at noon) my brain was like "FOOD NOW" so I finished my sub (yummy goodness). My sister made pasta (which I love) and asked if I wanted and I was like nah I'm good...

It STILL boggles my mind! lol.
