Default 3rd day on Phase 1 and thank you
Thanks for all the resources here.Best place I have found. last night I made the chicken with taco seasoning, salsa and mozzarella...Oh MY WORD that was good and then I had the dessert with the sugar free fudgsicle. I cant believe thats phase 1!!!

I hope to get to know a lot of you and will check out the rest. But the put it simply I ama fun, friendly, fat 35 year old who has an amazing 2 year old. Flying back from China was so uncomfortable that I promised if we go back it will so much better!

I can do this. Day 3 is over and successful. 4 pounds down so far!
