I'm Back Too

I've been away for way too long, trying every diet in the world, I think. I hit a high, for me last week, 202 Lbs. I found out when I went to the Dr for chest pains. I also found out that my blood pressure is sky high and that the EKG shows scarring on my enlarged heart.
So, I'm back. A diet created by a Cardiologist seems like a good idea.
