First week Phase 2 weight gain
OK, Ladies.... I could use a pep talk this morning... I had my weekly weigh-in and although I stayed 100% OP, I'm up one pound. Logically, I know that it's probably just some water weight coming back since this was my first week adding in Phase 2 foods, but it's still disappointing.
I'm going to stay in Phase 1.25 this week to give things a chance to stabilize a bit.... hopefully I'll see a nice loss next week. |
Stay the course dearie!

I'm sorry! That is disappointing I am sure! Keep up the good work and i bet you will see a loss next week! Are your clothes fitting any looser? Do you feel better and more energetic? I know it's hard, but try to look for the positive changes you are experiencing.

Hang in there!

Thanks, ladies...
I'm going to hang tough... I really do think I'll have a woosh when I weigh next Monday. My ticker has been changed... :( I definitely liked it better before, but at least I still have less than 100 pounds to lose, :spin: I was so happy when I realized that last week. Last Monday I did have an NSV when I put on my jeans for the first time since getting back on the beach... they had been sooooooo tight and it had been a real struggle to button them up. They are still snug, but they buttoned right up and were much more comfortable. |
Same thing happened to me. Lost it plus more over the next couple weeks. Hang in there!

tough though it may be, hang in there :)

You will really find yourself going up and down on this diet. Lose, gain a little, lose more, gain a pound. You should weigh, but don't use it necessarily as the ultimate barometer of whether or not your body is shrinking. You should take measurements starting now (I wish I had done it when I first started!), and use your clothes as a guide too. Stay the course, you can do it!
