I lost 7.5!
I wanted to lose at least 4, but I thought anything more than that would be overly optimistic since we were going to be on a cruise for 7 days. I managed to eat well on the ship and took the stairs pretty often, so I did well.
We're leaving again a week from Sunday for 11 days, so it's good to know that I can lose weight while on a ship if I stick to my 90% plan.
