Like the American Bobsled team...
I whooooshed! :D
I have been bouncing between 256 and 254 for this entire month. Frustrating? Yes. Did I give up? No. This morning I weighed in at 251.8! :carrot: I have not updated my ticker yet because tomorrow is my "official" weigh in. I am a little worried that I might be back up a little, which tends to happen to me when I get a big whoosh like that. Even if it does, I am so excited to finally be out of the mid-250's and I am so close to kissing the 250's goodbye I can TASTE IT! Monday I am starting a Biggest Loser style competition at work. More motivation to keep me on track. Things are good! Just wanted to share, thanks for listening! :hug: |

I agree with Kara about the scale! congratulations on your whoosh! Some folks (like me) just seem to lose that way.

Well, I knew it would happen, lol! I was 252.8 this morning for my official weigh in. Heck, at least I am off that dang 254. Got my 1.4 loss for this week and I am taking it! Planning on being firmly out of the 250's by spring break in 2 week when my mom is visiting.

Congratulations!!!! My body is like that too. It can be frustrating at times, but it sure is nice when the whoosh comes.
