refried beans?
 

Just wondering if can ff refried beans are allowed in Phase 1 !! I hope so , I made a chicken taco soup and added that to give it a creamier base!I also added black beans and white so I thought it should be ok. Maybe too much beans???

Canned refried should be ok as long as there is no sugar in the ingredient list and they are fat free!

I use canned ff in recipes and there are a few brands out there. For my breakfasts I changed from canned to the homemade since they are not hidden, so to speak. The texture and flavor is much more palatable.
