Just popping in. I am home, test results on Wednesday (I have to call the doctor). I updated my journal (link to the left there under my avatar) on the whole interesting thing if you're interested. Now I am going to go clean up after lunch and then perhaps, take a nap. It's been a long day, heh.

I just have to share since I am doing a little happy dance. DS1 got a summer research job on campus! Woo hoo for him. This is his first real job ever! And just today in my blog I talked about him (since his birthday is fast approaching) and said I was worried about him getting a summer job. Glad I didn't jinx things:)

Karen - Congratulations "mother of the working guy". :D I'm really pleased for your son.

I just spent some time with the wii fit plus, and to my surprise the little balance board had on a birthday hat. :P He said, "Today is a special day for you, isn't it Heidi? Happy Birthday!" and confetti wafted across the screen.

I'm thinking, "What a cool game, I'm so glad we bought this..." and then I press A and the next screen comes up. "According to my calculations you are 52 years old. Don't let that discourage you...." :eek: LOL He did go on to tell me that regular exercise will "slow down the effects of aging" (or something like that).

Linda, now I understand why you call yours Sassy! :lol:
