Hello All,

Tomorrow I will be starting Phase 1 again. Wish me luck :)

I was also gonna start my phase one again on Monday. Time to kick the carbs to the curb for awhile. How those 2 weeks are hard for me! Good luck!!

good luck on starting phase one again. I drop back to phase one for at least a couple of days if I feel the need to get in control again.

I just finished Phase 1 yesterday... since it sounds like you've done it before, you may already know this, but be sure to get in your 2 cups of dairy (1%, skim milk or plain non-fat yogurt) and a couple of 1/3 to 1/2 cup servings of beans every day... especially during the first week... They'll keep the lethargic, headachy feeling that a lot of people experience from coming on. I was quite faithful about that this time around and felt so much better than I did the first time I did it.

BelieveInT, I hope that you have a great P1! After more than two months of on-plan eating and consistent weight loss, I sabotaged myself during the Super Bowl and continued to do so until a week ago. But with 1 week of P1 down, I feel like I did before I cheated - healthier and energized.
