Brand new and starting P1 on 2/15...
Hi All,
I just found this forum and already love all the helpful info. I'm starting SB P1 on 2/15. Anyone else just starting out?

Hey TallGirl, I will be on my 2nd week of P1 on SB starting Sunday. I have lost 5 lbs the first week. I didn't exercise but I will be starting soon. This site is awesome and very helpful.

5 pounds the first week is awesome! I just made up menus for the next two weeks and my grocery list for this week. Off to the store tomorrow to stock up.

Hey Tallgirl,
I just started on Monday. It's difficult at first, but my cravings are already broken! And so far I have lost 6.2 pounds this week. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease and amazing results of this diet. You made a great choice!

I ALWAYS take a list to the grocery store. I find that I don't go off track when I bring a list. This diet has definitely worked for me before. I lost 43 lbs in 2 and a half months. But then I stopped and started eating unhealthy again. So I know this diet works as long as u follow and stay motivated.
Katy- 6.2 lbs is really good. Good luck on the diet

Hi, Tall Girl. I'm taking on round 3 of Phase 1 It's not really that difficult, but I've failed previous attempts due to poor planning. I'm very persistant though - so I'm having another go at it. I did attempt to forget it and move on to phase 2! However, someone called me out on my plan and I've decided to try P1 again.) So I'm starting fresh tomorrow!
Are you using the menus from the book or did you come up with your own meal plans for the 2 weeks?

ladies!
Please remember to read the book and don't forget the recipe section here on the site. I always make my own menu with things that are tried and true (Taco Bake - Spaghetti Squash Deep Dish Pizza) and that I know I like.
Welcome again!

Hi Ladies,
I also started Phase 1 last Monday, so I'm just 6 days in to my second go around. The first time around I felt great and lost about 50 pounds, but life happened, I got off track and it took gaining back every bit of weight I'd lost before plus 5 pounds to get me going again.
It's nice to see you guys here... I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
