Hello I am new to this forum but love it so far! I started the SBD on Jan.1. I love this diet. I have lost about 15 lbs and I'm excited to keep losing. Just wanted to introduce myself.:) I'm Stacy. I'm married with two little girls. I work full time and plan to go back to school in a few months. That's me in a nutshell I guess. :smug:
