The funny thing is I was actually counting calories to make sure I was getting enough. Part of my problem last time I did SB was after the first couple months, I found that some days I was getting only 700-800 calories.(and I was not hungry then either...weird!) I think I really wrecked my metabolism when I did that! I will try to stay closer to 1200 this week and see what the scale says next Tuesday. I think I have to keep counting for now though because I do not want to go too low either. Once I have a good idea of how much food equals the right amount, then I will hopefully be able to relax and just eat. :)
