SB is all about high quality nourishing foods and not about counting calories. I hope you can get over your fear of eating over 1200 calories. You may not lose as well and you're not doing your body any favors by undereating. BY giving up calorie counting and concentrating on eating OP foods and recognizing true hunger/fullness, I have finally found a wonderful way to eat and manage my weight. It is very freeing and life-changing for me!

The funny thing is I was actually counting calories to make sure I was getting enough. Part of my problem last time I did SB was after the first couple months, I found that some days I was getting only 700-800 calories.(and I was not hungry then either...weird!) I think I really wrecked my metabolism when I did that! I will try to stay closer to 1200 this week and see what the scale says next Tuesday. I think I have to keep counting for now though because I do not want to go too low either. Once I have a good idea of how much food equals the right amount, then I will hopefully be able to relax and just eat. :)
