February 2010 goals : 800 minutes to include wii, exercise videos, walking, and even dancing or playing with the rug-rats. I have never been a "good" exerciser, but I will make my goal! 30 minutes times 28 days is 840. So, I chose 800.

I generally work out for an hour every day, but I want to encourage myself to do something besides my regular routine (spin, work with my trainer, and hike on weekends.)
1. 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.7 speed, elevation up and down but a lot at 15%, then 45 minutes with my trainer (mostly abs and arms. No legs because we did a big hike yesterday)
2. 60 minute spin class, followed by 15 minutes of abs and stretching
3. 30 minutes on the treadmill, same routine as before, but this time I added in 2 60 second sprints. Whew!! 50 minutes with my trainer. Lunges and abs were the focus.
4. 60 minute spin - legs hurting today and my abs are KILLING me, but my tummy is flatter.
5. 30 minutes on the treadmill, usual speed and elevations. No sprints today. I may go and dig some Shasta Daisys out of the garden later this morning if it doesn't rain.
6. 30 minutes on the treadmill, usual routine. Came home and dug the Shasta Daisys out of the yard, then turned over the garden.
7. no exercise at the gym but filled up two green trash cans with yard debris.
8. 30 minutes in the TM, the 45 minutes with my trainer. Kept my heart rate up the entire time (no rest periods.)
