We are going to Washington for the weekend - I'm keeping myself on Phase 1 until we get back on Tuesday, because I don't feel confident I'll be able to find good carbs at the restaurants we will be going to while there. I've decided we'll eat breakfast in our hotel room, and I'll carry snack for us through the day. I've requested a fridge for our room. I bought all the supplies already. Here's my plan:
Breakfast:
non fat yogurt/1 hard boiled egg/can of V8
Snacks (while walking around)
cheese sticks, almonds, if we stop I'll get a ff wet cappucino
For a treat I did buy some of those green bean snacks from TJ's to enjoy while hubby and I have a 'beverage' in our room before going out to eat.
Any other suggestions for me? Thanks Ladies!
