PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Not a big fan of cooking. Not a big fan of working out.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I'm not going to be perfect. If all I can do on the treadmill is 5 minutes, then I will do 5 minutes. If I slip up and have something that's not on plan, I will get back on plan.
Also, I don't want to punch my doctor if she makes the joke about cholesterol not supposed to be your age times ten. Assaulting doctors gets you hard time. Ergo, must lower cholesterol.

PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: using food as a weapon against myself, especially carbs, carbs, carbs
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I have to get healthy for my girls! I also hate how OLD I feel all of a sudden- eveything hurts and I walk like an old woman. I want to feel better and be healthy again!

PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: keeping the motivation and rebounding from mishaps
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I have to start taking care of me! I am going to try and change the things that cause me to eat instead of dealing with them. I have Rhuematoid Arthritis so I need to lose the weight to make sure my joints don't get worse because of the weight on them.

PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Emotional eating
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: Be kinder to myself rather than black and white. Realise that if I am binge eating then I need to reassess my life and work out why it is happening.
FAVORITE EXERCISE: Right now walking and the wii fit.

PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I have always done the diet but never changed my lifestyle so all the weight always comes back.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I am tired of living my life in pain. I am tired of not being able to keep up with my husband. I miss being able to wear all the cute clothes... now I feel like all I wear is a tent. Most important is I’m starting to like myself again. I know I deserve to be healthy and to look and feel good. One day at a time and one pound at a time. I know there are no quick fixes and I am willing to put in the hard work.
