Camp Seafare rocks! Small world isn't it! Kate Jackson, one of the former Charlie's Angels, comes to Oriental every summer too. Met her several times working at the local grocery store... Town & Country? It used to be IGA when I was younger. It was insane when I was reading my mom's star magazine several months ago and they were doing a not-so-nice article about Kate Jackson following the death of Farrah Fawcett and Kate had a Oriental t-shirt on. It was cool! Oriental rocks!

I also frequent the 20-somethings forum, but i've been a fan of the "Beach Lifestyle" for a long time. I'm glad you're giving it a shot Feral! The first few days are tough, but once you're over that initial hump, it's relatively painless. I recommend you read the book if you haven't already. That was the key for me. Once I understood WHY, everything clicked, and now I hardly even WANT to eat anything but healthy stuff!

Melanie -- I'm feeling really good. I've resisted temptation at work... which has included all of the candy/baked goods you can imagine (I work at a middle school -- teachers LOVE food). I weighed in on Sunday at 206.5 and weighed this morning at 203.5. It's not my official day and I'm not supposed to weigh more than once a week, but it was good to see the scale moving already!!!! I am SO IN LOVE with the fudgesicle/PB desert. OMG! :)

OMG i love sugar free fudgsicles. hahaha. If it weren't for this little gem... well I don't want to think about what would happen! I usually eat one every day after dinner... only 40 calories!! Sometimes I even have two... totally guilt-free :D
