Very Interesting. I have Jillian's 30 Day shred.... I should open it on days I don't go to the gym!
|
I'm a big fan of the 10 minute solution DVDs. I add a couple of segments throughout the day along with a regular cardio workout. It feels more manageable grabbing 10 minutes between other things. Currently Amazon has a few of them on sale for $8.49 if anyone is looking to try one out.
