Mock French Toast is Awesome!!
It is a great way to have wintery comfort food and stay OP.
If you don't know the recipe here it is:
4 egg whites
1 egg
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Beat all together with a fork. cook like pancakes or crepes, and serve with SF syrup!!! SOOO TASTY!
