Hey, girls. Long time, no see. I've long fallen off of this wagon and need to get back on...I know the holidays probably isn't the smartest of times to start, but I do well under pressure.

What I've been up to:
My baby, Connor, is about to turn 1 :eek:, I was stuck on a major plateau for months and months and months, broke it about 9 weeks ago, lost another 5 lbs and have been stuck there ever since. It is time to really put my mind to this, no more excuses. My 3 y/o, Calvin and I started homeschooling this fall. He is really doing well, and is absolutely amazing me every day with his precociousness and ability to pick up new ideas. My husband started law school in August, it has definitely been an adjustment - in many ways, I feel like a single mom, although he does a really good job of juggling all of his responsibilities.

Anyway, I'm still nursing but my supply is more than plentiful and established. I need to do a good, cleansing phase 1. My sweet tooth has come back with a vengeance.

I've missed you all and can't wait to see you on the boards :)

This is probably the best time to start with the Holidays upcoming you will be more focused so no weight gain during the holidays.

Hard to believe baby Connor is almost a year old already, time flies.

He's doing good, he is always full of energy and runs around like a maniac. He'll be 2 in January... my how the time flies! How are yours? I'm back on Phase 1 again so good luck to us both! It's hard, this battle with the bulge!

Hey, Murph :) Wanted to thank you, as I'm not sure if I ever did. You were a big support to me when I had questions about nursing. It has gone really well and I could not have done it without all of the early support.

Mel - wow! 2 already! Mine are doing really well. Calvin is 3 1/2 (!) and started pre k3 this fall. Connor will be 1 in December. See you in the phase 1 chat :)

Congrats on the big first birthday! How exciting is that. Congrats on your oldest starting pre k3!!! Wow, it seems like yesterday everyone's kids were soo young and tiny.. they are really growing up.

Lindsey! Good to see you back! I can't believe it's been almost a year since Connor was born!

I did Phase 1 when Avery was almost one and didn't have any problems. She went on to nurse until she was three years old.
