Anyone up for a holiday challenge?
I was browsing other sections of the site the other day and saw a great challenge over in the Golden Girls section. They seem like a great group and I'm sure they'd welcome me, but I don't think I've got the time or energy to post daily in 2 sections and I'm very happy here with you ladies. So, I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in a similar challenge?
I'm thinking it might help us stay on track over the holidays and besides, I could use some extra motivation to get my daily 3 servings of dairy. :dizzy: (LINK to Challenge I'm only quoting parts of her post - to explain the challenge so I'm also including a link to the full post.) Quote:

Not a really good idea to do a tangible reward thing but something for the winner's signature would be nice. (We had a problem with that a while back when a person was obviously fudging her results just to win. It got a bit nasty.)
Go for it but please volunteer to look after it. The MODs are a bit bogged these days! It sounds similar to the Weightloss Goals and the Exercise threads with folks using edit to update. This sure makes it simpler for the MODs who try to read every post! |

Heidi, I could be interested and have given a bit of thought as to what my new habit would be. 90 days seemed too long and I did a little googling.

I'm definitely in too. I'm going to write up version 5000 of my "getting back on track" list tonight so I'll get my goal up tomorrow. thanks Heidi!

I'm going to commit to 10 minutes per day of at home morning exercise with barbells and bands. It's something I think about and never do-and I have the equipment right there. |
