Hello from a Newbie!
Hello everyone! I've really enjoyed reading all of the posts here and look forward to joining you all!
I started SB last Monday and things are going really well. I had some scale issues (Kept getting wonky readings so I bought a new one that put me 11lbs higher than my starting weight on the old one...sigh) so I'm not sure exactly where I started weight wise but I am noticing less bloat today! I'm loving how I feel so far-not as cloudy or sluggish-feeling positive! Here's to week 2! |
Welcome to the forum! I have had the same "side effects" I feel so much more awake and clear!

Hi Pixie ! I'm new too (and restarted again - argh - last week). I really notice the non-garbage feeling of eating good for you foods. It's interesting how sensitive our bodies are. Here's to another good week !
