Kier, I'm poor, but if anyone wants to visit historic Springfield, IL (Land of Lincoln!!!!! VERY exciting!!!!!) I would love to meet you all!!!! We can sit around and drink Threesome wine and talk smack about those that didn't make it! (I know that's what you all DO!) ;)

You know.... as I think about it, I've been on here for almost five and a half years, and I still have yet to meet any of you. :cry:

Uuuum, or.... I'm going to Key West in March on my parents' dime (God bless them.) Who's up for a Key West bar-hopping trip? (It's the alcohol thread, I'm allowed.) Key West is a magical land full of rainbows and seafood and music and booze! And RAUNCHY HUMOR! PERFECT!!!!!

I live in Miami so Key West is just a hop and a skip from me.....where airport are you flying in to?

Key West bar hopping trip?? I'm sooo in! I have an angel on my shoulder but the devil in my head is so much louder lately.

Lis I'd Love to do either but have to see what mr Wallet says. Raunchy humor and vino sounds just right!

Ok, so I'm not sure exactly whennn in March I'll be down there. Depends on my parents since they're gracious enough to take me down there. Can you believe it will have been THREE YEARS since I've been??? We usually fly into either Ft Lauderdale or Miami depending on which is cheaper, and drive down to the Keys. My parents are old pros at this trip.

Oh I'm stoked now! Save your nickles and dimes girls! Besides booze and raunchy humor, there are a lot of cool things to do (I've seen Ernest Hemingway's house TWICE,) gorgeous sunsets, and awesome shopping for those that choose not to spend all their nickles and dimes on $3.50 draft beers.

I'll talk to my parents and try to get an idea of when we're going! YAY!

Oh, and you will all be pleased to know that I introduced my Mom to Menage a Trois. She likes it but I bet she will never say the name ;)

KO- Where did your mom retire?

Cyndi - I don't really want NYC either, I get claustrophobic just thinking about it!! I'd be quite happy renting a cabin somewhere, or maybe going to Acadia National Park. Wouldn't that be fabulous?!?!? Glad you got your mom on...on...that nasty little bottle of wine we all adore ;).

I could use a weekend away right now....
