There is really no breakdown. Have you read the book? It has tons of info to explain the hows and wherefores.

There's no breakdown because there is so much leeway for personal choices. Do you eat eggs, more cheese than someone else, larger protein choices, different number of fruits/grains? There are the general guidelines, like two servings of good fats, up to two dairy servings, limit on nuts and minimum on veggies, but most everything else is personal choice. Vegetarians and omnivores calories will vary. I think even trying to figure these all out would be mind boggling.
