Lemonade

So I'm desperately trying to find new drinks for this diet (I'm on phase 1) and I found this Tropicana Lemonade at publix. It says sugar free, low calorie on it and I looked on the label and no sugar is added.
Has anyone else tried this? Is it legal? Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

I believe that would fall under:

SWEET TREATS (Limit to 75-100 calories per day)

Candies, hard, sugar-free
Chocolate powder, no-added-sugar
Chocolate syrup sugar free
Cocoa powder, baking type
Drink mix sugar free and nutrient enhanced

Perfectly fine to me.
