I did pretty good on the initial Phase 1; I lost 9 pounds. Well the last week and a half has been nothing. I don't know if it has to do with the fact the 1. I finished my cycle last week then I turned around and started Power90 ( a extenstive workout program). Anyway, The last 4 days I have been so light headed.
Do I need carbs for a hard workout? I made chili, I thought the beans would help with the carb problem. I didnt feel light headed today
Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance...
