hey girls how is everyone...

just to let you know Bri and I are getting ready for our surgeries.

he will be 8/18 more than likely

and baring complications of his or insurance I will be on 9/22.

i'm pretty excited....

well hello pretty lady... Thanks... I'm so excited... yet very nervous....

what i've found about the protein drinks. the ones that are supposed to be 'white' (like vanilla bean torte or pina colada) make me SICK but the clear ones (fuzzy navel and such) are fine...

we are planning Lap RNY.... for both of us... doc says in over 500 surgeries he's only ever had to convert from Lap to open twice.

I found initially anything whey made me woozy. . .FYI what you love now might change post-op
I like Isopure zero carb vanilla I ahve issues with some fake sweeteners (think June allison) and this is 1 brand that tastes good and no problems
Also Another site to check out is Bariatrictv.com I found it recently and they're really good (not to discount my internet home 3fc at all!!)
They have a Web show for us "surgically altered Freaks"
ok the clocks ticking down So off to do more work at home UGH!
