SBD here I come again!!! HELP!!!!
 

Hi everyone I started SBD a few years ago and was very successful losing 41 lbs, which was huge for me. I went off the SBD over 1 yr ago because I started working again, had some stress with my husband losing his job my problem was not reorganizing myself so I do regret not coming back sooner because I gained back 21 lbs :?:. I am back on and will be starting on Monday. I am very excited to get back and from what I can see from the other threads I have read, the support that I remember getting from this forum is still strong and growing. Hopefully you will all allow me to pull up a towel on the SB.

I, too, had lost quite a bit of weight and had put back on 20 pounds. I have been following SB OP for 7 weeks now. I have 5 to go and then I can start into new territory again.

Glad you got here when you did. I read and post every day and have found a great support network here at 3FC.
