I am an all or nothing kind of person. That is something I have to get over. I started running a few years ago and instead of taking it slowly, I was like I'm going to train for a marathon!! in cases like that its good but with junk food, its a bad pattern to fall into.
Its day 2 back on plan. I packed my lunch, have some SF gum to chew on and plan to eat an early dinner at home.
