S: Cheese stick L: Big salad with cottage cheese and veggies S: Almonds D: Wrap - ww tortilla, fake chicken, spinach leaves, drizzle of buffalo sauce S: Possibly a square of dark chocolate |
B: Hot oat bran cereal with vanilla unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, Splenda and Tbs. almond butter, spicy V-8
S: RF cheese L: Large salad with crab, egg, RF dressing, Greek yogurt, apple D: Chicken breast with mushrooms and tomato, Ezekial bread with Tbs. almond butter |

b-yogurt and cottage cheese l-beef and ww pasta s-laughing cow on mini ww bagel s-apple and pb d-salmon, sweet potato and veggies finding it hard to get my veggies in with working. going grocery shopping this week so searching for stuff i can take with me. |

Today:
B - two eggs, bacon S - apple L - baby greens salad with turkey, strawberries, RF bleu cheese, a touch of pecans and balsamic vinagrette; I was still hungry so grabbed my turkey sausage for the road :D D - grilled pork tenderloin, turnip greens, baked sweet potato, sliced tomato S - dark chocolate piece, cashews Plan for tomorrow: B - omelette with black beans, onions, and cheese S - red pepper, cucumber L - southwestern lentil salad :D S - apple? +/- triscuits D - mexican - mushroom, onion, red pepper, grilled chicken with guac on a tortilla. Or maybe I'll make it a salad instead :D |
