Idea for Ph 1 Friendly bread substitute
 

Let me Preface this by saying that I'm wierd LOL
Over the weekend I was in the City, My friend got a Sushi rice triangle from an Asian deli/bakery
The nori wrapper is thin and a vegetable. . .Here's my wierd idea
Do you guys think it would be a good sub for bread in a sandwich/wrap?

I cant get over the fishy taste, but if you like it I am sure its a great exchange!

I didn't notice that it tasted like fish actually
amazon has toasted and untoasted I think I'm goign to try the toasted

I love nori wrappers...I didn't even know they offered toasted...great idea, Kieran!

Maybe I will have to try them again, but the ones I had with vegetarian sushi tasted fishy to me... maybe different brands taste quite a bit different... or maybe its just because I am a veg head I am more sensitive to it- who knows!
