Marching through March Challenge- Weekly
Hello chicks, since the challenges seem to be helping lets make it weekly instead of by the day:
Here goes: 1. DRINK your water daily 2. EXERCISE atleast 3x this week 3. Do something nice for yourself this week 4. Tell yourself something nice each day. 5. Stay OP I will be checking in on you, so keep up the great work. You are all wonderful and together we can get the pounds gone. |

i'm in hoping to hit onderland very soon and need a little push lately. especially since i seem to have a social life again and it makes the weekends harder.

I'm totally in! I typically drink water in big 32 oz tumblers, and just keep one close by all day, so usually it's easy if I'm at home. As for saying something nice, exercising, and staying OP these could be harder! ;) I have a meal plan for the week so Stay OP should be easy. We'll see.
Monday water- Definitely! :) Not sure exact amount, but plenty. exercise- Nope; pulled something in my back, so I'm not sure I'll manage 3x this week :( something nice- Hmm... I agreed with him when my boyfriend said nice things about me... not quite the same. stay OP- Yup! Tuesday water- About 96 oz. exercise- No again, still too much back pain something nice- Yikes, still no. Hey there chicks, I have not left you. I have been really busy with some fundraising events that I am trying to get going so of course it has been a million phone calls and planning, and of course stress, so know am I getting sick.
You girls rock keep up the good work. I have beed doing well with my water I have exercised once this week OP has been not happening Have not done something nice for myself yet. I |
