  • Hey Chicks, I am going to challenge you all today..... Here is your challenge if you chose to accept.....

    1. Drink all your water-
    2. Eat OP all day
    3. Exercise for atleast 30 mins


    Me- I have had 7 of my 8 water so far
    I have been OP so far
    and I have a walk planned for tonight, with a friend so I can't cave.

    think you chicks can do?????

    I'll take your challenge. I've had 2 of my 8 (I'm behind, but I woke up late)

    I've eaten OP so far -- spinach frittata, cottage cheese, skim milk

    I have been walking with DH in the evenings. The loop we take is 3 miles. Both the kids like it as well.
  • Im in LC! I will drink 64oz water adn exercise 30 minutes- and eat OP all day!

    I think I will have one little difference tho- I will have ONE green beer.... gross I know, but it is st. Patty's day!

  • I am totally in! I was sick this weekend and was craving comfort food. And my boyfriend, being loving like he is, indulged me. Ugh! So, I am back to doing a third week of phase 1. Starting over today. I am behind on my water (only 2 down!) but I will catch up before the day is over.

    So eat on plan all day today too

    Chugging my water and eating my chic pea veggie curry mixture thing- yeah, I don't think there is a name for it! LOL

  • I let you know how I do around 10pm est. Ha! I haven't gotten to 4 cups of water yet eeeeeeeeeeek!

  • Im struggling with my water but will resume drinking it after this green beer lol
    did pretty well eating wise and I did get off my booty today! yeay!
