Dinner tonight was vegetarian italian sausages(the new morningstar ones, and I don't recommend them... boca brats are better) with kraut, shelly beans, and latke, and yes, I had two small ones. bad rikki!
Tonight it'll be shiritake noodles (weird things!) with stir fried beef, broccoli and red pepper. I'll go easy on the soy sauce so I won't be whining about water weight tomorrow.
mmk, girls. What's the deal with shiritake noodles? I've seen mention of them many times here but haven't seen them. The foodie in me is intrigued and wants to try them.
I get my shiritake noodles in a Korean grocery store. They are very inexpensive and a little pouch does my for two meals. Very bland though, no need to cook them just rinse them under hot water. No cal. no carbs. no sugar.
