Heather! Congrats on the achievement!Ruth, I'd love to visit with you on a road trip! And your right, shame on beachgal and me for not meeting up!
OK, it's almost six and I haven't started anything but the coffee, who would like a cup?

Heather! Congrats on the achievement!
I'm up and excited because we are off to Gloucester for a weekend of birding adventures. They are running a new birding festival so we will do that and we will get up to Plum Island and down to Plymouth to find the Ivory Gull (arctic rarity not normally seen anywhere south of well, the arctic). It will be a long but fun weekend. We have an efficiency right on the beach so no food worries and a lovely view. DP is looking forward to night photography from the deck.
Pray for me!
It will be in the 30s so not very warm but warm enough to enjoy the view from inside the room
I'm just glad it's not as cold as it has been. I can easily walk around in this weather (with enough layers, that is!). So sad about the coffee. I've got a couple of extra bags around here but can't figure out how to get them to you via PM.
One of Cindy's dogs pooped on the ice yesterday, and the poop slid down the hill! It's a good thing we weren't sledding right there!
Hey, I thought I told you you weren't allowed to use that mandolin anymore unless there was another adult around!
Seriously, though, I hope it heals quickly.
I'm glad you finally got your bike. Funny, though, that they delivered it with no one home.

We spent a good bit of the afternoon yesterday sliding down the icy hills on the farm, and Maggie will probably want to do that again after school today. I despise the ice, but it does look pretty, especially with the sun shining on it. We baked a pie for a dinner party last night, and also baked cupcakes in a pretty flower mold to take to the girl's grandmother who is recovering from surgery. We had a real nice visit with her.
I think today we should finish up our Valentine's project and write a few more thank you notes leftover from Christmas.

Get the milk!
