Default General Foods International Coffee

Can the Sugar Free Decaffeinated Coffee Mixes be used as a sweetener in the same manner as SF Jello and Splenda on Phase 1?

Non-dairy creamers are filled with bad things. Hydrogenated oils and a laundry list of ingredients that are not pronounceable by the common lay person.

I would avoid them.

Just checked one of them. The first two ingredients in Nondairy Creamer (the first ingredient in the mix) care Coconut Oil and Corn Syrup solids which are not allowed on this plan.

I'd go with evaporated skim milk and sf flavoured syrup if you must have a treat.
