Greetings from the Kansas prairie
 

Hello everyone!

I am new to your terrific forum. I started SB on Jan 1. First 2 days, suffered from chronic carb headache, but I believe it is finally tapering off. I am definitely feeling less 'stuffed' which can be a miserable feeling.

Now it is time to begin the excercising that I know is necessary for complete health.:woops:

I enjoy reading about the success stories and also the encouraging comments on your forum.
