Hi all. Today is my first ay on SBD. I've read the book in the past, and do need to refresh myself. I live in Texas, just turned 30, have a 4 year old son, and am single.
The reason I chose SBD is because I normally try to eat healthy foods and feel much better mentally and physically choosing SBD approved foods.
I decided to join the boards for accountability. I hae no problem going to the gym. I love to exercise! It's my food and alcohol choices that keep me where I'm at. I work hard at the gym and it's tough not to see the scale move.
I'm currently at 147.5 pounds. This time last year, I weighed 148. My measurements are also the same. I did get down to 140 for awhile, but then summer came along and vacations, the holidays, and well, here I still am. :-)
I'm 5'2" and would like to lose at least 25 pounds. I will reassess when I get close to that goal. I have a tendancy to get smaller but not lose weight, which is mentally challenging.
