Since I am pregnant I am going to go for 600 minutes for January.

Well I was a bit short of my goal, with 843 minutes, but I'm still happy. That's 843 minutes more than I exercised in December! I'll set a goal of 1000 minutes for February. Congrats to everyone who reached their goal! :)

1 -n/a (ended up in ER)
2 - 60 mins of upper body strength including core/abs, 20 minutes of cardio, 5 mins runner's stretching
3 - n/a (migraine clusters)
4 - n/a (migraine clusters - ended up in ER again)

5 - 60 mins of lower body strength including core/abs, 20 mins of cardio (too cold to run), 5 minutes of runner's stretching
6 - 40 mins Cathe Beginner Step and 5 mins of runners stretching
7 - 45 min upper body and abs, 20 min TBL Cardio Max, 5 min runners stretching
8 - 40 mins Cathe Beginner Step and 5 mins of runners stretching

LOL SBD Sass! Mentioning Obama's inaug: I live in the DC area and will not be leaving home all weekend because of the millions of visitors we're getting. If I could afford to get out of town, we would!

Instead, we're going to Vegas in February for DWs bday! Buffets...I AM SCARED! LOL

Hmmm. All of you are so ambitious. I'm afraid my goals are small, because I am so out of shape. I'd like to lose abou 18 more lbs before I get into serious excersize just because it feels like my heart might explode inside my chest (I once had a panic attack on an elliptical due to this) I am going to work on strength training mostly, so that when I DO get to excersizing more strenuously, I will be more prepared than I am now.

Jan goal= 360 mins

Well, I haven't exercised in a while. So, I plan to start with 20 minutes a day (6 days a week). I plan to start exercising on Monday ( I figured I would get into the SBD routine first and then add the exercise.)

My goal for January is 450 minutes.
