Name change
 

Hi everyone,
I need to change my name to Janehealthy eating or something.
Well, today while exercising in the water someone noticed my weight loss.I was very happy about that because I have been slipping a little and it got me back on track.
Christmas day I decided to eat some potatoes and just have a few bites of dessert. That way I wouldn't feel deprived and wouldn't go crazy after.All in all,I am doing quite well and even though it is slow I have lost about 20 pounds and have about ten more to go to get to my goal of 140.(I started in August) I admit to cheating a little on the way.

I think that's great. I know I am so much happier when I'm focusing on what I'm adding instead of what I'm substracting!
