Hi! I already feel lost trying to keep up with what everyone is doing but I am sure I will slowly catch up.

I started P1 this morning and I just finished lunch. So far, so good!

I have two boys taking a nap and my eldest is playing with his trains.

Good afternoon :wave: Just wanted to stop by and wish everyone a good week after holiday. We traveled out of state and I'm still regrouping. I didn't eat too bad over Thanksgiving but I did indulge in my OP favorites and they were good :devil:. Today, back to plan and back to work.

For everyone who indulged last week, here is some :dust: to make it though the week and to resist the leftovers.

so, I talked to wonderful Ruth and she got my tracker back and I hope that I can remember for next time. Thanks Ruth. I am very excited that I have lost 6 lbs but know that they can be back in a flash.

Feeling a little bit better today, but still a bit sniffly :( Just been working today, going to the shops soon to pick up a pair of black flats I have on hold, then heading out to dinner with the girls for a friend's farewell. Going to my own farewell tomorrow! Trying to tell myself to stay strong, especially since I am on SB so no alcohol for me!

On friday I have a luxury spa package booked which I am very excited about (includes a facial, a salt scrub, a mud wrap, short massage and pedicure!)

I have never been so dedicated to a diet, so I think I have found the right one for me (and you girlies are all so nice, what a lovely board hehe) :hug:

Cottage, Yes, they are a pair, but jade makes sure Cody know's who's alpha! The tree decorations sound lovely.

Ruth, we had bad weather yesterday which resulted in several accidents including a 9 car pile up... we were suppose to have bad weather today, but Praise God we had temps in the 40's and was rather nice!

Twynn, glad you had a great time at the in-laws. Your right, staying on plan when we are in control of what we eat is so much easier than relying on other's to cook the right foods! And one dessert is not helter-skelter.... just remember, when it comes to desserts at the office... ;)

(((Weezle))) sorry you don't like snow... But remember this, when we complain about the snow we complain against God, the one who gives us whatever weather we are having! When I'm stuck in the bad weather I do rely on Him to get me home safe.. a trusting Him through all things!

Heather, I live in wine country and I've never once gone tasting it! LOL.. silly me... we even have two naples festivals a year... Naples is HUGE grape country, you can travel any road there and find grapes, homemade pies, jellies etc... I tend to stay away for the sugar they load it with! But it is oh soooo good! ;)

Zeff, hope you enjoyed the visit with family. I hate people who can slide through school without cracking a book.... my son's one of them! We'll celebrate together, your hubby's grad, my birthday is the 19th. have fun hun!

Zeff, the Friday sales this year were not that great... I didn't buy a thing!... the sale I hit at the mall were not supposed to be tied in with Black Friday, it was a weekend sale, though they were slightly better than normal...but everytime I go to those stores they have similar sales!

Kim...did you move or did you just get home from a vacation or visit for the Holidays? 10 hours in the car with coworkers and boss does NOT sound like my idea of fun! Hope you find some relaxing time after meetings! (hugs)

((Laker)) sorry your not feeling well, but glad that SB is working for you! It truly is the best, easiest diet to stick to (IMHO).

Me: OK, so I have a few more minutes before my OLD BAY Chicken comes out of the oven. I walked the dogs this evening, with 40+ weather it was a nice walk.... I dread walking when it's bitter cold and blowing snow/ice at me! Payroll is all but finished, but I have to wait till tomorrow to send it since they are doing something extra both this week and next.

The Lord works in mysterious ways... I had forgotten about a charge that came through over the weekend, putting me in a bind if everything were to clear ... I had to put money in my account yesterday, and today a neighbor left some money (I keep telling her I don't need her money to feed her cat) for taking care of her kitty while she is away this coming weekend, just the right amount to cover the last bit of outstanding checks... Now, to stop spending so much when I go to waterloo! LOL.
