I'm back...
Good morning!
I have returned after a way too long hiatus from the Beach. I lost 82 pounds a few years ago using South Beach. Since then, 20 have come back and I still have a ton to lose. I did really well until I was diagnosed with a really bad gall bladder. I had surgery and spent a week in the hospital with complications. For the first time in years, I didn't feel ill after I ate. It was a disastrous romp through piles of carb-laden food.
I am now 242 pounds, up from 222. When my son was born, I was at 304. My new goal weight is 175.
I started my morning with egg whites and green peppers/onions with some LF Mozz. I added a little hot sauce for kick and topped it off with a cup of coffee.
I'm so excited to be back on the Beach!
