Default What's for Dinner 11/24 - 11/30

Last week of November AND Thanksgiving!!! It's a packed week.....what are you planning to eat before the big day?!?!?!

Tonight I'm making a sausage and veggie pizza on a WW crust with a green salad.

I'm making SF pudding for dessert.

Tonight we'll be having one of our favorite busy-day meals; crockpot Italian chicken. I'll try to post exact ingredients later, but it's pretty much boneless-skinless chicken breasts, a can or two of diced tomatoes, and lots of garlic and other spices. Sweetie will probably have his over brown rice but I'll probably just have salad.

If we do dessert it'll probably be strawberries and sf caramel sauce with Lite Coolwhip again.

Red peppers, stuffed with ground chicken/onions/garlic, topped with feta crumbs and broiled.
Salad (greens dressed with lemon juice and olive oil)
SF popsicle or a piece of fruit (I am on PhII after all!)

Lunch was mexican soup I posted in the soups and stews recipe section and it was YUMMY!!!!

Dinner was ww pizza crust topped with sauce, zuchinni, spinach, green peppers, mushrooms, banana peppers, black olives, and some mozzarella- it was pretty good but I have got to get a pizza stone... the crust didn't want to get crispy on the bottom at all... I finally had to take it out of the pan and just cook it on the rack... the top was well done. but it still tasted good!

Rikki - about the pizza stones. I used to buy Pampered Chef ones until I was on my third stone and saw one in a store. The one I bought at Bed Bath and Beyond was much cheaper and works the same....still breaks all the time, though.

(I'm bad about the temperature changes and crack them)

I took out some chicken breasts this morning and then found a recipe on Krafts foods website for Chicken Nacho Bake, I think I'll make that!
240 calories, 6g carbs, 28g protein...not bad!
