Six months in.....
 

And I look good and feel better!!!! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

Six months ago I made the commitment to get healthy. I had just turned 35 and we still had no kids (despite actively trying). I knew that my weight had ballooned out of control and was not doing anything to help me get pregnant.

I had had success before using the SBD method, but like so many others, life got in the way and suddenly I was back up to almost 300 lbs. I needed to do something and knew that I could be successful once again on SBD. So off to the book and Phase I I went. I also knew that I needed a support system. So I found 3FC and my life has never been the same ;) You ladies are such a part of my journey, I cannot thank you enough.

So after 6 months I'm down 44 lbs. I went from a size 26 jeans to size 20 jeans (that I'm wearing in the current picture). Not bad, huh?!?!?!

I know I still have a ways to go, but I wanted to celebrate this milestone.
