Introduction

Hi Ladies!

My Name is Michelle and I started SB on Monday along with my husband. He is doing a very liberal version where I am sticking as closely as possible. As of yesterday I was down 4.6 pounds.

We live in Madison WI and both of us are currently off work due to injuries.

I hope to pull from your experiences and reach my goal.:)

Hi Michelle and :welcome: to the Beach. :cheer2: :cheer3: :cheer2: on the weightloss and you've only just begun.

By the way, Madison is one of my very favourite mid-west cities. I have friends in Richland Centre, Appleton and LaCrosse so am there often.

Welcome!

Thanks Ladies.

Ruth- We love Madison. I grew up in Florida and we moved back there last year for 10 months but I had to come home. Luckily we didn't sell our house.
I am so looking forward to Christmas and changing seasons.

Welcome! How nice you have a partner to start this journey with. My husband (who is skinny) has been on SBD 1 3/4 years...but he had no choice about it if he wanted me to keep doing the cooking! He has been happy with the food, so we both win. (he has a history of colon cancer in his family, and had digestive problems and it's helped with that too.)

I agree, mmacaskill. I live in the Detroit area, and I LOVE the upper midwest. I can't imagine living without the seasons, and they change so beautifully here.
