



Good for you on working hard to find something that works! I make healthy taco salads all the time...lowfat sour cream and salsa, lean ground beef, refried beans or kidney beans, spring mix and spinach for nutrients, etc. Yum! 

I think phase I is hard because you can't have grains or fruit... which leaves only veggies and beans. The day before I had salad 3 times and was just all out of salad mojo.
