The American Dietetic Association (ADA) recommends a minimum of 20-35 g/day for a healthy adult depending on calorie intake. Protein and fat are more variable depending on food plans and personal goals. I have read that most women should shoot for 75 Gms. of protein daily. Fat amounts vary too. On Weight Watchers I used much less fat than I do now. I like to use Dr. A's guidelines of 2 servings of fats daily plus the daily nut serving. Monounsaturated fats are supposed to help with weight loss (nuts, olive oil, avocados, flax). I generally get about 30-35% of my daily calories from fats now when using SBD guidelines, so maybe you can incorporate that into your calorie limits.
