I realize this is a bit early but was afraid it might get forgotten over the long weekend. Kim has already sent me her September goal!
So.....post what you intend to lose in September and I'll update as I get enough entries.
At the moment, I don't even want to think about August results so we'll leave that until Monday! After all, we could lose ten pounds over the weekend, right?
